I purchased 2 watches for Skiing purposes. Most ski resorts have clocks everywhere, some are harder to find. I decided that in order to always know what time it was (so we can be at the pre appointed point on time) I would get us watches.
This came in handy for my running around the apartment complex. Running is not enough I need to know how long it took and if I am getting better over time (I have already improved in the shorter lap by about 30 seconds). I was psyched to see if I could keep my average time for 2 laps at about the same 20 minutes that it took the first time I ran it. I made decent time on the first lap (about 21 minutes, what I stopped briefly to talk to someone). Unfortunately I did not take the time to actually learn to use the split time feature on my handy new watch before actually attempting it.
I have to guess that the 2 laps took between 40-45 minutes.
On a side note, I woke up this morning to wood pieces all over the girls cage. At first I saw one or two and thought that Pat had given them. Then I checked out the rest of the cage and wood pieces were every where. I keep a bag of wood pieces on top of the cage, up until last night I kept them on the side of the cage with out the shelf. Last night it was set on the wrong side and apparently they had no problem chewing away the plastic bag and littering the cage with yummy bark bites (many of which were sampled). I have learned my lesson. and will keep extra's far from the cage
