Pat went to the grocery store so I can make it back to the gym. I haven't really been sense the Friday before thanksgiving. I was very appreciative.
I took it fairly easy as I have been eating funny and not working out. but it felt great! I saw another regular that I had not seen in months who promptly pointed out my absence. I let him know that it hadn't been months but just a few weeks, I'm not sure he believed me.
It doesn't matter, It was just good to be back.
