Apple Picking

Saturday was a Beautiful day in DC. I went with Sheryl, Jason, and Illana (I hope I spelled that correctly) Apple Picking. Though I did not pick apples for myself (which I later regretted) I did pick a few for Sheryl and A few for myself to eat. Apples right off the tree are DELICIOUS, definitely better then the store. I'm already planning on apple picking at Sutzes with Lillie and baby girl in the fall (or maybe 2 falls from now).

After rushing home to make it for dinner (I was told it was at 5PM, it was at 6PM). I Made it with an hour to spare and had time to take photo's of the roses that were still in bloom in front of the apartment building and meet an accomplished gardener. His flowers were still blooming strong (Including a few Irises). I didn't take photo's of those because he was still working with them but they are (were) nice.

Anyway dinner was great and We got a almost full family photo that I will post as soon as I get it. Hopefully in a few years we can do this for Grandma's 85th birthday and have everyone! One large family celebration and hopefully a photo.

Today's Steps;
