Swimming

I have to get creative when I am posting a swimming workout again. If I don't I'll have 300 posts titled swimming but for now I'm sticking with the status quo.

My workout last night.

250 warm up
5*50 Kick ?
5*100 Freestyle 1:40
5*50 Fly ?
5*100 Pull 2:00
5*50 Free .45
250 Cool down

I should have cooled down after the fly set, it Killed me! or I could have done the fly set last, but where is the challenge in that? I still can't believe how slow I am now. But it was a great workout to start off the month!
